I am the Regal Lady, so I am told, that was saved by Brightstar on Valentine's Day 2003. I was living on my own for almost a year and last winter was very cold. Now I have a Mom & Dad who are pretty special people, I have my own toys, balls, a big cushy bed and most of all a home and family that loves me. I will never be alone again or worry about finding a safe place to sleep. My Dad sent a news article to my foster Moms (I had the luxury of 2 foster Moms at the same time) about a Lab that had been lost for 2 year and was returned to his home and family because he was micro chipped. What a reunion that must have been, 2 years and back "Home Again", also the name of the micro chips we use. That had to be a pretty special day for that dog and his family. So I was laying on my warm comfortable bed thinking that I have to do something to protect all my Brightstar friends and dogs in general. So I communicated to my foster mom and gave her the idea of hosting a micro chip clinic. That way all my canine friends will be safe and if ever lost returned "Home Again". My Mom & Dad helped a lot too with what humans call a donation.

So my foster Mom spoke with Dr Linda Schneider at Macedon Veterinary Care www.macedonvetcare.com and she volunteered to help us by donating her time and facility to do this properly. I just love everyone at Macedon Veterinary Care, they always made such a big fuss over me, you would have thought I was the "Beauty Queen" (my foster moms says I am). You would think every time I went to visit Macedon Veterinary Care I was the only dog they ever saw! I was always treated like a Queen. I met Dr Linda and Dr Karen but never had the pleasure of meeting their new Chiropractor

> Dr Heather. WOW, I am such a smart girl and now all my dog friends can be micro chipped and I will be sure they are safe forever. You see, I don't want my friends at Brightstar or any dog to have to try and survive the way I did. I think a micro chip is a very important part of canine life. From here on all my Brightstar friends will be micro chipped before they go to their new homes. I know my Mom and Dad would have a stroke if I was ever lost.

As you noticed at the top of this I will be MISS FEBRUARY 2005 for Brightstar's First Annual calendar coming out in July of 2004.
